Meatballs by Mollie
(anything that says "by Mollie" means I threw it together with a mix of recipes and my mothers good advice and it came out good enough to share with other people...ha!)1 lb. of hamburger meat
1/2 cup of parm. cheese (the kraft, powdery kind)
2 tablespoon of garlic powder ..more if you like garlic
1 large egg (2 if they are small)
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of pepper
1 cup of italian bread crumbs
2 tablespoons of creamy horseradish (optional...if you like it)
Mix all of this together...after you add the bread crumbs sprinkle some water on them, just enough to make them a little damp (like a tablespoon or two of water)
Mix and Mash the meat
Roll into balls (golfball size or a little bigger)
Spray PAM on a cookie sheet
Bake Meatballs for 10-15 mins. on 415
Turn meatballs onto other side after 10 mins. let cook for another 5 mins. or so...just make sure they are brown... take the fattest one and use it as a tester, just to make sure it is cooked through...and enjoy.
* To make baked spaghetti...just cook noodles and sauce as usual...then add some sauteed onions and green peppers...toss the noodles, sauce, onions, peppers, some shredded cheese, and garlic powder in a bowl. Put all of this in a casserole dish. Add meatballs on top. Cover with shredded cheese (cheddar or motz or whatever you like) Bake until cheese is melted! YUM!
